Our Final Newsletter of 2025
Hello everyone,
Here is our latest newsletter and the last one for a truly memorable 2025!
We first want to extend a huge thank you and well done to all the swimmers, parents, and teachers who joined us in Bexhill on Sunday, November 9th. Your quiet participation in the minute's silence at 11:00 AM, in respect of those who gave so much, was deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
As we dive into this final term of the year, we celebrate the incredible progress we've witnessed! What a year it has been, seeing so many children confidently move up groups and welcoming so many new faces to Hydroschool.
As a local business, we genuinely appreciate you choosing us to be a part of your children's development.

Meet the Team

Hello, I'm Dan,
one of the Lesson Managers and the Schools Swimming Manager at Hydroschool.
I started at hydroschool as a parent with children swimming at lessons just like you. I took the step to ask if I could help and from that point forward never looked back. I changed careers and moved into teaching swimming gaining Swim England Level 2 teaching and Level 2 Coaching qualifications.
At hydroschool my role is mainly as a Lesson Manager looking after the running of the lessons but also organising the swimming lessons for local schools both in Eastbourne and Bexhill who use hydroschool to carry out their national curriculum swimming. Im also a coach at Eastbourne Swimming Club and coach swimmers up to an including those swimming for the GB Team. Swimming is such a huge part of my life and a huge passion. Seeing swimmers progress is just amazing to see. Im always happy to talk to parents so if you have any questions just ask when you see me.
Happy swimming.
Congratulations to......
A huge number of children moving up groups and gaining certificates last term.
